RM Group

RM Group were moving into a brand new office and warehouse, initially with the plan of providing a fixed desk to every member of staff. The arrival of COVID lockdowns saw their work policies and requirements evolve and adapt. Working closely with RM, CAD Creative introduced the concepts of a destination office that staff visited for specific tasks and to collaborate with others, mixed with home working. This resulted in a ground floor dedicated to breakout and away from the desk working. Hot desk workspaces were provided on floors 1 and 2 with a mix of informal meeting spaces and project working spaces.
